Sığırlarda adrenalinsiz ve adrenalin ile kombine edilen lokal anesteziklerin olumsuz etkilerinin araştırılması

Özet
Bu çalışmada surlarda kat anestezisinde kullanılan adrenalinli ve adrenalinsiz lokal anesteziklerin deride meydane getirdikleri lokal etki araştırıldı. İki gruba ayrılan hayvanlardan 1. gruptakilere (n=17) adrenalinli lidocain HC1 (Jetocain), 2. gruptakilere (n=10) ise adrenalinsiz prilocain hydoclorid (Citanest) uygulandı. 1. gruptaki hayvanların yaklaşık 70.6 sında deri nekrozu gelişirken, 2. gruptaki hayvanların hiçbirinde deri nekrozu gelişmedi. Oluşan deri nekrozunun kullanılan lokal anestezik içindeki adrenalin miktarına ve deri altına enjekte edilen ilaç miktarına göre değişebileceği saptandı.
Abstract
In this study, causing local effect in skin of local.anesthetics with and without adrenalin using infiltration anesthesia was investigated. After the animals were divided into two groups, only lidocaine HC1 with adrenalin injected in the first group (n=17) and locak anesthetic without adrenaline called prilocaine HC1 (Citanest) were used in the second group. While skin necrosis were seen aproximately 70.5% in the first group, none of the second group of the animals (n=1.0) were not caused any skin necrosis. It was determined that skin necrosis was depended on quantity of adrenalin into local anesthetic and quantity of drug injected into subcutaneously.
