Sığır serumlarında mikroaglütinasyon testi (MAT) ile brucella antikorlarının araştırılması

Özet
Bu çalışmada aşısız ve brucellosis şüpheli 280 adet sığır kan serumu Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT), Tüp Aglütinasyon Test (TAT) ve Mikroaglütinasyon Test (MAT) ile incelenmiştir. Test edilen 280 sığır kan serumundan RBPT'de 167 (%59.7), TAT'de 184 (%65.7), MAT'de 209 (%74,6) pozitif reaksiyon saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak; MAT brucella antikor titrelerinin belirlenmesi için daha az zaman, kısa inkübasyon ve daha az antijen kullanımı gerektirdiğinden TAT'a tercih edilmelidir.
Abstract
In this study, a total of 280 non-vaccinated an'd brucellosis suspected blood serum samples obtained from cows were examined with Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT), Tube Agglutination Test (TAT) and Microagglutination Test (MAT). Among 280 blood serum samples examined, 167 (59.7%), 184 (65.7%) and 209 (74.6%) samples were de¬termined as positive in RBPT, TAT and MAT respectively. It was concluded, the MAT preferred to the detection of brucella antibody titers because it requiers less time to perform, has a shorter incubation time, and uses less antigen than the TAT.
