Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı; evde sağlık hizmeti alan hastaların tıbbi durumlarını, sosyodemografik özelliklerini ve aynı zamanda sağlık dışı diğer ihtiyaçlarını incelemektir.Yöntemler: Evde sağlık hizmeti alan hasta ve/veya hasta yakınlarına 27 sorudan oluşan anket uygulandı. Tanımlayıcı, kesitsel bir çalışmadır. Analizlerde SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Çalışmaya 170 hasta dâhil edildi. Hastaların %38'i 75-84 yaş aralığındaydı.

The female population was greater. The most common diagnosis was hypertension. The most commonlyreceived services were routine physical examination and laboratory examination (72%; n=121). More than 80% of patients stated that they had non-health problems. 90% (n=160) of patients were satisfied with thehome healthcare service. 71% (n=121) of patients did not receive any support from people other than their family. Conclusion: Patients have non-health problems such as transportation, housing and heating problems. To solve these problems, coordinating governmental and non-governmental services and expanding the scope of services to accommodate non-health social components may be beneficial
