Bayburt ilinde yapılan üst gastrointestinal endoskopi sonuçları

Özet
Amaç: Bayburt Devlet Hastanesi endoskopi ünitesinde, Kasım 2011-Ocak 2013 tarihleri arasında yapılan üst gastrointestinal sistem endoskopi sonuçlarını analiz ettik. Yöntem: Endoskopik inceleme PENTAX EPK 100P marka cihaz ile gerçekleştirildi. Endoskopi sonuçları geriye dönük olarak değerlendirildi. Bulgular: 664 kadın, 344 erkek, toplam 1008 hasta değerlendirildi. Hastalar 17 ile 88 yaşları arasında idi (50±18). Hastaların 186’sında (%18.4) pangastrit, 81’inde özofajit (%8), 68’inde antral gastrit (%6.7), 67’sinde duodenal ülser (%6.6), 57’sinde mide ülseri (%5.6), 35’inde alkalen reflü gastrit (%3.6), 21’inde duodenit (%2,1), 5’inde mide kanseri (%0.5), 4’ünde özofagus kanseri (%0.4), 4’ünde mide polibi (%0.4) ve 3’ünde özofagus ülseri (%0.3) tanısı konduğu saptandı. Sonuç: İlimizde en sık lezyon saptanan organ mide olarak tespit edilmiş olup, gastrit, özofajit, duedonal ve gastrik ülser sık görülmüştür.
Abstract
Aim: We analyzed the results of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy performed between November 2011 and January 2013 in the endoscopy unit at Bayburt State Hospital. Methods: Endoscopic analyses were done with a PENTAX EPK 100P equipment. The results were assessed retrospectively. Results: A total of 1008 patients (664 women, 344 men) aged between 17 and 88 (mean: 50±18) years have undergone upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. 186 (18.4%) patients were diagnosed with pangastritis, 81 - with esophagitis (8%), 68 - with antral gastritis (6.7%), 67 - with duodenal ulcer (6.6%), 57 - with gastric ulcer (5.6%), 35 - with alkaline reflux gastritis (3.6%), 21 - with duodenitis (2.1%), 5 - with gastric cancer (0.5%), 4 - with esophagial cancer (0.4%), 4 - with gastric polyp (0.4%) and 3 patients were diagnosed with esophagial ulcer (0.3%). Conclusion: Lesions were most commonly observed in the stomach. Gastritis, esophagitis, duodenal and gastric ulcer were frequently observed in our city.
