Özet
Toplam 90 hasta iki ayrı merkezde prospektif olarak çalışmaya dahil edildi. 42 hasta daha önceden polikistik over sendromu olup gebe kalanlardan, 48 hastada sağlıklı gebe kalanlardan oluşmaktaydı. Her iki grup 1. trimester ve 24-26 hafta arası olmak üzere 50 gram glukoz tarama testine tabi tutuldu. Test sonucu pozitif olanlar 3 saatlik glukoz tarama testine tabi tutuldu. İki ve daha fazla değeri yüksek olanlar test sonucu pozitif olarak değerlendirildi. Birinci trimesterde test sonucu pozitif olanlar çalışma grubunda % 23.8 iken kontrol grubunda % 4.2 olup aralarındaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı idi. 24-26 hafta arası pozitif test sonucu çalışma grubunda ve kontrol grubunda benzerdi. Çalışma grubunda birinci trimester test sonucu % 23.8 olup 24-26 hafta arası % 3. 1 idi. Fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı idi. Polikistik över sendromlu kadınlar gestasyonel diabet açısından yüksek riskli kabul edilip glukoz taraması gebeliklerinin daha erken döneminde yapılmalıdır.
Abstract
90 patients at two center were included in this prospective study. 42 had previous poly cystic-ovary syndrome and pregnant women, 48 patients were healthy pregnant women. Both groups had 50 gram glukose screening test in the first trimester and 24-26 weeks. Those who had positive results were given a 3 hours glukose loading test. Those who had result of two or higher were accepted as positive. While positive results for the study group were 23.8% in the first trimester, the result were 4.2% in the control group and the difference was found to be statistically significant. Positive results at 24-26 weeks were similar in the study and control group. Test results in the study group were 23.8% at the first trimester and 3.1% at 24-26 weeks. Pregnant women with poly cystic ovary syndrome as high risk group for gestasyonel diabetes mellitus and glukose screening test should be given earlier stage of pregnancy.
