Çocuk suprakondiler humerus kırıklarında tedavi sonuçları

Özet
1989-98 yılları arasında kliniğimize humerus suprakondiler kırık nedeniyle başvuran 202 çocuk hastadan son kontrole gelen 45 hasta değerlendirildi. Bunlardan Gardland sınıflamasına 1 göre Tip I ve Tip II' ye giren, kapalı redüksiyon + posterior alçı atel uygulanan 20 hastaya 1. grup, Gardland Tip III'e giren açık redüksiyon + çapraz Kirschner telleri ile osteosentez yapılan 25 hastaya 2. Grup dendi. 1. ve 2. grup hastaların tedavi sonuçları Flynn kriterlerine (2) göre değerlendirildi. Grup 1'de % 70 çok iyi ve iyi, Grup II'de % 88 çok iyi ve iyi sonuç elde edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar literatür ile uyumlu olup özellikle Tip III kırıklarda açık redüksiyon + çapraz Kirschner telleri ile fiksasyon güvenli ve iyi sonuç veren tedavi yöntemlerinden biridir.
Abstract
45 patients showed up in the last f allow up controls out of the 202 children who applied to our clinic with supracondylar humerus fractures between 1989-98 were evaluated. 20 of those who were considered to be Gardland type I-II and who received closed reduction + posterior plaster cast were called to be Group I. Where as 25 others who were considered to be Gardland type III and received open reduction + osteosynthesis with cross Kirschner wires were called to be Group II. The results of the treatment of those two groups according to the Flynn criterias were evaluated. In group I the results were 70 % good and very good where as in group II they were 88 % good and very good. Those results are concordent with the literature and especially in type III fractures; open reduction + fixation with cross Kirschner wires is one of the reliable and good resulting treatment chaises.
