Özet

Ocak 1997-1999 tarihleri arasında Haseki Hastanesi Göz Hastalıkları Kliniğinde fakoemülsifikasyon yöntemi ile yapılan katarakt ameliyatlarının peroperatuar komplikasyonları değerlendirildi. Hastalar tek cerrah tarafından, peribulber anestezi ile, temporal saydam korneal keşi kullanılarak ameliyat edildiler. En sık komplikasyon düzensiz kapsülotomi %(12.7) idi. Arka kapsül rüptürü %2.45, vitreus kaybı %0.98, iris hasarı %0.73, vitreusa nükleus partikülünün düşmesi %0.25 oranında görüldü. Peroperatuar komplikasyonları azaltacak yaklaşımlar hakkında tartışıldı.

Abstract

In this article, intraoperative complications of phacoemusification operations performed in Haseki Public Hospital Ophthalmology Department between January 1997-January 1999, are evaluated. Patients were operated by a single surgeon , with the technique of temporal clear corneal insicion. The most frequent complication was irregular capsulotomy (%12.7). The other complications were rupture of posterior capsule(%2.45), vitreus loss(%0.98), iris damage(%0.73 and dropped nucleus particles into vitreus(%0.25). It is discussed about approaches aiming to decrease the complication rates.
