Özet

17 Ağustos 1999 Gölcük depreminde crush sendromuna bağlı böbrek tutulumu olan 39 hastanın 28'inde hemodiyaliz gereksinimi olmuştur. Hemodiyalize alınan hastalardan 4'ü infeksiyona bağlı septik şok nedeniyle vefat etmiştir. 12 Kasım 1999 Düzce depreminde ise crush sendromuna bağlı böbrek tutulumu olan 7 hastanın 6'smda hemodiyaliz gereksinimi olmuştur. Sonuç olarak, crush sendromunda mutlaka koruyucu sıvı replasman tedavisi ve hiperpotasemiyi önlemek için erken hemodiyaliz yapılmalıdır.

Abstract

We had to perform hemodialysis in 28 of 39 patients who had crush syndrome related to nephropathy during Gölcük earthquake in August 17th 1999.4 of patients who were per-formed hemodialysis died because of septic shock related to infection. On the other hand, during Düzce earthquake in November 12th 1999, 6 of 7patients were need hemodialysis. As a conclusion, preventive fluid replacement threapy and for protection from hiperpotase-mia early hemodialysis must be performed in crush syndrome.
