Özet
Larinksin sarkomları oldukça nadir rastlanan tümörlerdir. Osteosarkomlar ise bunlar arasında en seyrek görülen tiptir. Literatürde 15 adet laringeal osteosarkom vakası bildirilmiştir. Tanısı osteoid bir matriksin görülmesiyle konur. Küçük biyopsi örneklerinden tanı koymak tümörün düşük insidansı, bazen de osteodin az miktarda bulunması nedeniyle oldukça zor olabilir. Bu raporda, 80 yaşında bir erkek hastada görülen, tanısı operasyon öncesinde punch biyopsi yardımı ile konmuş bir laringeal osteosarkom vakası sunulacak ve literatür taraması eşliğinde tartışılacaktır.
Abstract
Sarcomas of larynx are very rare tumors. Osteosarcomas are the rarest among them. Fifteen laringeal osteosarcoma cases has been reported in the literature. Diagnosis is given with the recognition of the osteoid matrix. It can be very difficult to make the diagnosis from little biopsies because of little amounts of the osteoid matrix and the low incidence of the tumor. Herein, a laringeal osteosarcoma case seen in an 80 year-old male patient which had the diagnosis by punch biopsies will be discussed.
