Özet
Küresel olarak uluslararası ekonomik rekabetin giderek artmasından dolayı bazı sektörlerin rolü giderek artmaktadır. Bu sektörler içinde yer alan çimento sektörü bir ülke için ekonomik büyümenin öncü göstergeleri arasında yer almaktadır. Çimento, ülkemizde yaşanan inşaat sektörü temelli bütün projelerin yapımında çok önemli bir konumdadır. 2000-2016 dönemi yıllık çimento üretim verileri kullanılarak Basit Üstel Düzeltim, Çift Üstel Düzeltim ve 3 Dönemli Çift Hareketli Ortalama yöntemleri ile Türkiye çimento üretimi tahminlenmiştir. Veriler, TÇMB resmi sitesinden alınmıştır ve analizler için Eviews ve MS. Excel programlarından yararlanılmıştır. Tahmin analizinde en az hata oranına sahip yöntem olan 3 Dönemli Çift Hareketli Ortalama yöntemi ile 2017, 2018 ve 2019 yıllarının Türkiye çimento üretimi tahminlenmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, Türkiye’de çimento üretimi giderek artacağı tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
Globally the role of some sectors is increasing continiously due to the increasing international economic competition. The cement sector in these sectors is among the leading indicators of economic growth for a country. Cement is very important in the construction of all the projects based on the construction sector in our country. Turkey cement production was forecasted by 3-period Double Moving Average, Simple Exponential Smoothing and Double Exponential Smoothing methods by using annual cement production datas of 2000-2016 period. Datas was taken from official site of TÇMB and Eviews and MS Excel programs were used for analysis. Turkey cement production for years of 2017, 2018 and 2019 was forecasted by 3-period Double Moving Average method which has the least error rate method in the estimation analysis. As a result of the analysis which was carried out, it was determined that cement production would increase in Turkey
