Özet
AMAÇ: Tıkanma sarılığı oluşturulan deneklerde böbrek dokusunda ortaya çıkabilecek yapısal değişiklikleri tespit etmek amaçlandı. GEREÇ VE YÖNTEM: 1. Grup kontrol, 2.grup tıkanma sarılığı oluşturulan toplam 32 denekten oluştu. Tıkanma sarılığı oluşturulan grupta koledok 5/0 pr'olen ile bağlandı ve rekanalize olmaması için kesildi. 8. ci günde sıçanlar sakrifıye edildi. Işık ve elektron mikroskobunda incelenmek üzere hazırlandı. . BULGULAR: Tıkanma sanlığı oluşturulan deneklerde ışık mikroskobuyla endotel hücre sitoplazmasmda şişme ve kopiller tümeninde daralma saptanırken, elektron mikroskobuyla incelemede tübül hücre sitoplazmasmda çok sayıda osmiyofılik lameller yapıda birikintiler ve sitoplazma inklüzyonları göze çarptı. SONUÇ: Deneysel tıkanma sarılığı modeli oluşturulan çalışmamızda sarılığa bağlı ortaya çıkan böbrek dokusundaki yapısal değişiklikler ışık ve elektron mikroskobu incelemeleriyle gösterildi.
Abstract
PURPOSE: The aim of this study was to investigate morphological changes occur ing in the kidneys of rats undergoing obstructive jaundice. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Two groups were performed. Group 1-.Control (n=l6),Group 2:Bile duct ligated group(n=16)Bile duct were ligated with 5/0 prolen and divided to forbid from recanalization. At the end ofeigth day, rats were sacrifled and spesimens were taken from the kidney. Histological assesments were performed according to light and electron microscopical detections. RESULTS: Under the examination of light microscopy in bile duct ligated group the glomerular capillaries were narrowed and endotheliai cell swelling was significant.Electron microscobic observations showed numerous dense osmiophilic lamellar deposits and cytoplasmic inclusions located in the cytoplasm of tubular cells. CONCL USIONS: In our experimental obstructive jaundice model the adverse and destructive effects of the jaundice in the kidneys were shown with light and electron microscopic studies.
