Kalite Bağlamında Sağlık Personeli Eğitimi

Özet

Sağlık kuruluşlarının kalitesi, bünyelerinde istihdam edilen çalışanların ne ölçüde bilgili, nitelikli ve verimli olduğu ile ölçülmektedir. Bu anlamda sağlık çalışanı yanı sıra teknik, yemek, temizlik personeli gibi kurum bünyesindeki tüm çalışanların katılımıyla uygun hizmet içi/dışı ve teknoloji temelli eğitimlerle, yetkinlikleri desteklenmelidir. Bu bağlamda da eğitime yapılan yatırım; bireye, örgüte aynı zamanda topluma yapılan yatırım olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada kalite temelinde sağlık personelinin eğitimi ve sağlık profesyonellerine yönelik eğitim yöntemleri irdelenecektir.

Abstract

The quality of the health institutions is measured by the degree of knowledge, qualified and efficiency of the health workers employed in the organizations. Therefore, the competence of employees with appropriate in-service training, non-service training, and technology-based trainings should be supported with the participation of all employees within the institution, such as technical, food, cleaning personnel as well as health workers. In this context, the investment made in the training is evaluated as investment in the individual, organization and society. In this study, based on quality, training methods of health personnel and education for health professionals will be examined.
