ÖzBu araştırma Aile Hukuku alanında İslâm Hukukunu uygulamaya çalışan Suudi Arabistan’dabedelli boşanma ve muhâlea ile ilgili resmi işlemleri ve mahkemelerdeki uygulamaları incelemektedir.Konunun İslâm Hukukundaki teorik yönüne de işaret edilmiştir. Araştırmada Suudi Arabistanhukukî mevzuatına, Riyad’daki Sosyal Güvenlik ve Nikâh Mahkemesi ile Riyad GenelMahkemesindeki gözlem ve incelemelere dayanılmıştır. It also points out the theoretical background of the subject in Islamic law. The researchdepends on the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, interviews with the judges, and theauthor’s observations and investigations in the Social Security and Marriage Court of Riyad andGeneral Court of Riyad.
