Özet
Bilgi teorisi felsefe, kelâm ve mantık ilimlerinin ortak konularındandır. Bilgi teorisi fıkıh usûlü ilminde de sıklıkla işlenen bir konu olagelmiştir. Bu konunun fıkıh usûlü eserlerinde yer alması farklı ilim disiplinler arasındaki etkileşimin bir sonucudur. Klasik dönem fıkıh usûlü eserlerinde bilginin kısımları etrafında şekillenen kelâmî ve felsefî tartışmaları konu edinmektedir. Çalışmamız bir giriş, bir bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır.
Abstract
The theory of knowledge are common subject of sciences philosophy, theology and logic. The theory of knowledge has become a subject of frequent processing in fiqh. The involvement of this subject in fiqh-like works is a result of the interaction between different disciplines of science. It has been deal with theological and philosophical debates which are shaped around the parts of knowledge in the classical fiqh works. Our work consists of an introduction, a section and a result.
