GÜNÜMÜZ MEDYASININ HUCURAT SURESİNDEKİ BAZI AHLAKİ İLKELERE GÖRE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Özet

Hucurat Suresi önemli ahlak ilkelerini ihtiva etmektedir. Bu surede mü’minler kardeş ilan edilmiştir. Surede kardeşliği zedeleyecek hareketlerden şiddetle sakınılması emir ve tavsiyelerinde bulunulmuştur. Medyanın bazı unsurlarının oldukça yaygın bir biçimde kullanıldığı günümüzde, Hucurat Suresinde ilan edilen kardeşliği zedeleyici ve insan onuruyla bağdaşmayan birçok hak ihlalinin olduğunu görmekteyiz. “Alay etme”, “karalama” ve kötü lakab takma” davranışları Kur’an’da yasaklanan davranışlardır. Bu yüzden gerek normal gündelik hayatta, gerekse medya ortamında bu davranışlardan sakınmak gerekir. Zan, kusur araştırma ve gıybet de Kur’an’da yasaklanmıştır. Yasaklanan bu üç şeyden her alanda kaçınmak gerektiği gibi medya ortamında da sakınmak lazımdır. Surede önemle vurgulanan konulardan biri de alınan haberler karşısındaki tutumdur. Haberi getiren kişinin ve getirdiği haberin, araştırılmadan alınması durumunda ortaya çıkacak durumun zarar boyutuna dikkatler çekilmiştir. Sonuç olarak Kur’an’ın emir ve yasaklarının her zaman ve zemini kapsadığını bilmeli ve bu emir ve yasaklara riayet edilmelidir. Kur’an’ın emir ve yasaklarına uyulduğu sürece kişisel ve toplumsal huzur sağlanır. Bu çalışmada takip edilecek yöntem şöyledir: Önce medyanın tanımı ve medya çeşitleri hakkında bilgi verilecek. Sonra Hucurat Suresindeki ilgili ayet mealleri verilecek. Tefsir kitaplarından bu ayetlerin müfessirler tarafından nasıl yorumlandığına bakılacak, varsa ayetin nüzul sebebine müracaat edilecektir. Ayetlerden elden edilen bulgular doğrultusunda günümüz medyasına bakılacak ve medyadaki eksik ilkelere vurgu yapılacaktır.

Abstract

Surat al-Hucurat, contains very important moral principles. The Muslims are declared to be brothers in this surah. The people have been ordered and recommended to avoid the behaviors harming this fraternity. In today’s world where some elements of the media are used quite commonly, there seem to be many violations of rights incompatible with human dignity which harms the fraternity declared in Surat-al Hucurat.Ridiculing, blemishing and giving bad nickname are forbidden in the Quran. Since the Quran prohibits "ridiculing", "blemishing" and "giving bad nicknames", it is essential to avoid these behaviors in normal everyday life or in the media environment. Suspicion, investigating one’s secret situations and gossip are forbidden in the Quran too. It is necessary to avoid each of these three prohibited things in any environment as well as to avoid them in the media environment.One of the most emphasized issues in the Surah is the attitude towards the received news. The extent of the damage that would arise has been highlighted if the news was accepted before making an investigation on the news and the reporter. To conclude, we must know that the Quran's orders and prohibitions are applicable in any time and place, and we must observe these orders and prohibitions. Personal and social peace is ensured as long as the Quran's orders and prohibitions are observed. The method of this study is as follows: İnformation will be given about definition of the media and media types firstly. After that, meaning of the related verses of the Surat al-Hucurat will be given. We will apply to the books of the commentary for commentators’ comments about these verses. If there is the cause of the revelation of the verses it will be looked and it will be looked to the today’s media in the direction of findings obtained and missing principles of the today’s media will be highlighted.
