CERH AÇISINDAN KADIN RÂVÎLER

Özet

İslam dininin tebliğ edilmesinde azımsanmayacak rolleri olan kadınların Hz. Peygamber (a.s.) döneminden itibaren İslam’ın diğer nesillere aktarılmasında büyük hizmetleri olmuştur. Nitekim kadınlar İslam’ın ilk asırlarında sosyal ve ilmî hayatta aktif görevlerde bulunmuşlardır. Onlar savaşlarda görev aldıkları gibi tefsir, hadis ve fıkıh alanında etkin bir hizmet vermişlerdir. Özellikle hadis rivayeti konusunda faal bir rol üstlenen kadınlar hadislerin gelecek nesillere aktarımına vesile olmuşlardır. Bu açıdan onlardan kimileri ta’dîl edilmiş, kimileri de rivayet konusunda kusurlu bulunmuştur. Bu itibarla çalışmamızda hadis rivayet ilmi ile uğraşıp hadis münekkitleri tarafından cerh edilen kadın râvîlerin olup olmadığı ve bu râvîlerin cerh durumları ele alınacaktır.

Abstract

Women have considerable number of roles in the inultation to Islam religion. It is a matter of a conse quence that they have substantially served in passing down to Islam to the other generatons since the epach of prophet Muhammed (pbuh) . Were activelly involded in the social and scholar life of the preliminary ages of Islam. Besides attending the battles, they also contribated in to the fields of hormenutics hadith and figh. Women casting a very effectual role in the norrotion of hadiths have conduced the hadiths conveyance to the other generation. In this respects some of those hadiths were modified and some others were found foulty in the narrations. In this study narrator women and their disproved situations that were rebuted by the hadith crites who deal with hadith narration will be adressed.
