Özet

İslam düşüncesinde akılcılığı ile ön plana çıkan Mu’tezile mezhebine mensup alimler, kimi çevrelerce hadis inkarcılığıyla itham edilmiştir. Son yüzyılda Mu’tezilî alimlere ait eserlere ulaşıldıktan sonra yapılan çalışmalarda bu iddianın gerçeği yansıtmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Mu’tezile mezhebinin Basrâ kolunu oluşturan Basrâ Mutezilesi’nin temsilcilerinden bazı eserleri günümüze ulaşan alimlerden biri de Kādî Abdülcebbâr’dır. Bu çalışmada Kādî Abdülcebbâr’ın günümüze ulaşan eserlerinden ve özellikle de el-Muğnî adlı eserinden yola çıkılarak âhâd habere yönelik yaklaşımı ortaya konulmuştur. Dolayısıyla bu çalışma, asıl kaynaklarınadan yola çıkmak suretiyle yukarıda sözü geçen iddiayı çürütmeye çalışırken öte yandan akılcı bakışın âhâd haberlerden oluşan hadis rivayetlerini değerlendirmedeki yaklaşımına da ışık tutacaktır. Kādî Abdülcebbâr’a göre âhâd haber kavramı, âhâd haberin kavramsal çerçevesi ve âhâd haberin takviyesi konularına yer verilen bu çalışmada, Kādî’nın âhâd haberle amel etmesi konusunda alimlerin genelinin sergilediği yaklaşım doğrultusunda bir yol takip ettiği görülmektedir. Âhâd haberin takviyesi konusunda ise ortaya koymuş olduğu bilgi teorisi doğrultusunda tutarlı ancak alimlerin yaklaşımından daha farklı bir metot uygulandığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

The Mu’tezile sect, which stands out with its rationality in Islamic thought, has been accused of denial of hadith. In the last century, the studies carried out on the works of the members of this sect revealed that this claim does not reflect the truth. One of the scholars who has reached to today some of the representatives of the Basrâ Mu’tezilesi, which constitutes the Basra branch of the Mu’tezile sect, is Qādî Abd Al Jabbar. In this study, the approach of Qādî Abd Al Jabbar to the Aahad news has been put forward by starting from the works of al-Mughni and especially from his works reaching to the present day. According to Qādî Abd Al Jabbar, concept of āhad khabar the conceptual framework of āhad khabars, and the supplementation of āhad khabar, İt is seen that the followers follow a path in the direction of the general view of the scholars regarding the performance of Qadî with the āhad khabar. As for the reinforcement of the khabar, Âhâd is consistent with the information theory he has put forward, but appears to follow a different path in the general approach.
