Özet
Hz. Âdem as ’ın oğullarından Kabil, Habil’in hayat hakkını gasp etmesiyle başlayan insan hak ve hürriyetlerinin ihlali günümüze kadar devam ede gelmiştir. Bu kadar derin tarihi tecrübeye rağmen “ötekileştirme” hastalığının derinleşmesine ve tarihî uygulamalara bakılırsa bundan sonra da sürcektir. Birlikte yaşamayı esas alan kültürün tesisinde önemli olan husus, bu ihlalleri asgari sevyeye indirip fert haklarını herkese müsavilik çerçevesinde tatbik edersek o vakit medeniyet tsavvurundan bahsedebiliriz. Yeni bir medeniyet inşası, sahih geleneğin imbiğinden geçen tarihi geçmişe, asrın idrakini sunmakla mümkündür. Cemiyeti meydana getiren efradın bireyler idaresne talip olanların adaleti tesiste kılı kırk yarması, kindarlığın zeminine imkân vermemesi, farklılıkta “bir” olmayı temin eden bir hiyerarşi ve kenetlenmeyi asli vazife edinen Yeni Yönetim Felsefesini, entelektüel akılla hayata geçirmesi ana gaye olmalıdır
