Özet
Bu araştırma, genel ve meslek liselerindeki öğrenci, öğretmen ve yöneticilerin psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetlerinden beklenti düzeylerini saptamak amacıyla, 2006-2007 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Erzurum il merkezinde sekiz eğitim bölgesinde yer alan okullarda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, adı geçen liselerden yansız örnekleme metodu ile seçilen 99 öğretmen, 20 okul yöneticisi ve 10. sınıfta öğrenim gören 261 öğrenci oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetlerinden beklentiler anketi aracılığı ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada toplanılan veriler SPSS (10. 0. 1) istatistik paket programı ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, yöneticilerin psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetlerinden genel beklenti düzeylerinin öğretmen ve öğrencilerden; öğretmenlerin genel beklenti düzeylerinin öğrencilerden daha yüksek olduğunu; yöneticilerle öğretmenlerin beklenti düzeyleri arasında ise bir fark olmadığı sonucunu ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca araştırma bulguları, öğretmen ve yöneticilerin farklı özelliklerinin psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetlerinden beklenti düzeylerini etkilemediğini; kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilerden, genel liselerde okuyan öğrencilerin meslek liselerinde okuyanlardan rehberlik hizmetlerinden daha çok beklenti içinde olduklarını göstermiştir.
Abstract
This study was conducted in order to determine the levels’ expectation in the general and vocational highs students, teachers and directors about psychological consultation and guidance services. The study was conducted in the schools located in 8 educational district in the city centre of Erzurum province in 2006- 2007 school year. The sample groups of the study consisted of 99 teachers, 20 directors and 261 10th grade students who were selected from the mentioned schools by impartial sampling method. The survey’s data collected by the survey of the expectations from the psychological consultation and guidance services which was developed by researcher. The collected data was then analysed by using a statistics program named SPSS. Research results have put forward that the managers the levels’ expectation from the psychological consultant and guidance services are much higher than those of students and teachers; teachers general expectation levels are higher than those of students; and there isn’t any difference between managers and teachers. Also research result have shown that the different aspect of managers and teachers don’t affect the levels expectation of the psychological consultant and guidance services; female students have more expectation the levels’ than male students and people who study in general schools have more expectations than students in vocational schools in guidance services.
