Özet
Cerrahi girişimler postoperatif dönemde immünsüpresyona neden olan bir çok metabolik ve endokrin yanıt oluşturmaktadır. Bu genel immünsüpresyon durumu septik komplikasyonlar ve tümör metastaz oluşumuna yol açabilmektedir. Altta yatan mekanizmaların anlaşılması, bu etkiyi azaltmak için gerekli stratejilerin oluşturulmasını sağlayacaktır.
Abstract
iSurgical operations generate a variety of metabolic and endocrine responses which cause immunosuppression in the postoperative period. This general state of immunosuppression may result in septic complications and tumor metastasis formation. Understanding the mechanisms underlying, make the surgeons and anaesthetists to develop strategies in order to minimise this effect
