Özet

Bu çalışmada, bıldırcınlarda sarı (Y) ve lekeli beyaz (dtw) tüy rengi oluşumunu belirleyen genler arasındaki genetik ilişkinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yabani alleline (+) otozomal dominant etkili Y geninin, otozomal resesif etkili dtw genine de dominant etkili olduğu (Y>+>dtw) tesbit edilmiştir.

Abstract

İn this study, relationship between a simple autosomal dominant yellow (Y) and a simple autosomal ressesive dotted white (tdw) plumage color genes was subjected to genetical analysis. Consequently, autosomal dominant Y gene is also dominant to dtw gene (Y> + > dtw)
