Özet
HELLP sendromuna sekonder olarak gelişen iki intrakraniyal hemoraji olgusunu tanımladık. Serebral beyin tomografisi sonucunda ilk olguda, sentrum semiovaleye kanama saptanırken, ikinci olguda kanamanın lokalizasyonu gyrus presentralisin ön kısmı idi. Her iki hastada da hastaneye başvurmada gecikme söz konusuydu. İlk olguda gebelik misiprostol ile sonlandırılırken, ikinci bebek sezaryen ile doğurtuldu. İlk olguda hasta ölürken, ikinci olguda nörolojik sekeller kaldı. Bu olgular, bu hastaların daha iyi yönetilmesinde erken tanının önemini ortaya koymaktadır.
Abstract
We describe two cases with intracranial hemorrhage secondary to HELLP syndrome. First case presented with a hemorrhage in the centrum semiovale, in the second case location of the intracranial hemorrhage was anterior to gyrus precentralis, which were demonstrated in cerebral computed tomography. Both patients attended medical institutions with delay. In the first case, pregnancy was terminated with vaginal misoprostol while the second baby was delivered abdominally. In the first case patient has died, second case had sequels. These both cases indicated importance of early diagnoses for better management of such patients.
