Abstract
In this case report a pregnancy complicated with autoimmune hemolytic anemia is evaluated. A 36 week pregnant woman with pregnancy aggravated autoimmune hemolytic anemia was admitted to the Obs & Gyn department of Ege University Medical Faculty. Pregnancy-aggravated autoimmune hemolytic anemia is diagnosed at the patient at the 36th week of pregnancy. As the hematological parameters do not respond to medical therapy, pregnancy is terminated with cesarean section. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia seems to be aggravated in pregnancy thus these patients should be followed up for possible complications both involving the mother and fetus.
