Özet
Fallopian tüplerinin malign neoplazması oldukça nadir görülür ve kadın genital traktusunda en az orjin alabilecek bölgenin kanserini oluşturur. Fallopian tüp kanserlerinin büyük bir kısmı papiller seröz adenokarsinom yapısındadır. Çalışmamızda 1994-1997 yılları arasında Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Kadın Hastanesi jinekoloji onkoloji servisinde saptanan 3 primer fallopian tüp neoplazisi sunulmuştur. Beş yıllık retrospektif çalışmamızda fallopian tüpünün primer 2 seröz adenokarsinomu ve 1 malign mix Müllerian tümör olgusu tesbit edilmiştir.
Abstract
Primary malignant neoplasms of the fallopian tube are exceedingly rare and it is the least common site of origin for a malignant neoplasm of the female genital tract. Most fallopian tube carcinomas are present as papillary serous adenocarcinomas. In our study we presented three case reports of primary fallopian tube neoplasia during the period 1994 to 1997 at the gynecologic oncology department of Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Women Hospital. In our retrospective Study 2 cases of primary serous adenecarcinoma and 1 malignant mixed Mullerian tumor of the fallopian tube were detected during 5 years.
