Özet

Bilateral tubal gebelik insidansı tüm ektopik gebeliklerin 1/725 -1/1580'i olarak bildirilmiptir. Burada daha önce birinci trimestirde iki abortus öyküsü olan bilateral ektopik gebelik olgusu sunulmaktadır. Bu nadir görülen vakanın tanısı açısından her iki adneksin incelenmesi gerekmektedir.

Abstract

The incidence of bilateral tubal ectopic pregnancies is reported as 1/725 to 1/1580 of extrauterine pregnancies. A case of bilateral ectopic pregnancies in a patient who had previous two spontaneous first trimester abortions is reported. Careful examination of both adnexa should be performed for the possibility of this rare diagnosis. (Gynecol Obstet Reprod Med 2000; 6:150)y
