Bu çalışmada PSA normal, proliferatif, erken ve geç sekretuvar endometrium dokusunda immünohistokimyasal method kullanılarak taranmıştır. Hiçbir endometriyum dokusunda tespit edilememiştir. Daha hassas immunohistokimyasal kitlere ihtiyaç vardır.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to determine PSA in the normal endometrial tissue. STUDY DESIGN: 30 normal human endometrium tissue including 10 late proliferation, 10 late secretion, 10 early secretion timed were used.PSA was investigated by immünohistochemical method. RESULTS: None of tissue blocks whatever timed ' profilerasyon, late secretion, early secretion endometrium extracts' were immunoreactive with polyclonal antibodies of PSA from Dako. CONCLUSION: More studies are necessary about labelling of endometrium PSA with new developed more sensitive immunohistochemical kitts.
