Özet

İntrauterin ve ektopik gebeliğin birlikteliğine heterotopik gebelik adı verilir. Bu durumun spontan bir gebelikte oluşumu nadir bir durumdur. Ektopik gebeliğin tedavisi halen tartışmalı bir konudur. Bu olguda laparoskopik olarak tubanın korunduğu ampullar yerleşimli bir ektopik gebelik tartışıldı.

OBJECTIVE: Coexistence of intrauterine and ectopic pregnancy (EP) is known as heterotopic pregnancy (HP). Spontaneous occurrence of this special condition is still rare.
