Abstract
The massive intraperitoneal hemorrhage occurred by anticoagulant therapy is a rare state; but it may cause mortality from diagnostic delay. Forthermore this state may mimick an ovarian tumor. This case demonstrates that possible ovarian hemorrhage and hematoma should be considered in determining the cause of abdominal pain and pelvic mass in women of reproductive age.
