Özet
Galen ven anevrizması son derece nadir bir anomalidir. Bu yazıda, 26 yaşında 37 hafta gebeliği olan, prenatal dönemde Galen ven anevrizması tanısı alan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Ultrasonografi, fetal ekokardiografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme anevrizmanın büyüklüğünü ve ek diğer malformasyonların varlığını tespit etmede önemli tanı yöntemleridir.
Abstract
Vein of Galen aneurysm is an extremely rare abnormality. In this report a 26 year-old, 37 week pregnant women with a prenatal diagnosis of Galen vein aneurysm in her fetus was presented. Performing ultrasonography, fetal echocardiography and magnetic resonance imaging are needed to determine the size of the aneurysm and additional malformation.
