Abstract
Although very rarely encountered in gynecologic practice, it's possible to see metastatic malignant melanoma of the endometrium, myometrium, cervix and ovaries. The prognosis of metastatic melanoma is extremely poor with a median survival time of 6-8 months. Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery are the treatment modalities used to cure the disease. In this case-report, a 62-year old woman diagnosed to have metastatic lesions of malignant melanoma in all the serosal surfaces of the bowel, liver, spleen, endometrium, myometrium, cervix and ovaries is described and the treatment modalities are discussed
