Abstract
A 58-year-old woman presented with long-standing headache. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a mass in the right occipital lobe, which was found to be a metastasis of an endometrial adenocarcinoma. Even though brain metastasis of endometrial carcinoma is extremely rare, it should be considered in patients presenting with a single brain mass.
