Özet
Monokoryonik ikiz gebeliklerin %10-15 'i ikizden ikize transfüzyon sendromu ile komplike olur .28 yaşında ikizden ikize transfüzyon sendromu tanısı konulan hastayı günlük NST ve haftalık doppler USG bulguları ile izledik.Takipler sırasında iki fetusun gelişmeleri arasında farklılık saptadık ve bir fetusun iyilik halinin bozulduğunu düşündüğümüzde gebeliği 34. haftada sonlandırdık. Bu yazımızda sendromun antenatal tanı ve takibinin ve ayrıca gebeliği sonlandırmak için uygun zamanın belirlenmesinin önemini vurguladık
Abstract
Approximately 10-15 percent of the monochorionic twin pregnancies are complicated by the twintwin transfusion syndrome. We have observed 28 year old patient who is diagnosed as twintwin transfusion syndrome by daily EFM and weekly doppler USG findings. During follow-up we detected differences between the growth of the fetuses and when the well-being of one fetus is distrupted we tought to finish the pregnancy at the 34th weeks of gestation. In this study, we emphasized the antenatal diagnosis and follow-up and the importance of time to end the pregnancy.
