Özet

Gebeliğin 28.haftasında prenatal olarak tanı konulan Dandy-Walker malformasyonlu fetus sunuldu. Dandy-Walker malformasyonlu olgularda prognoz eşlik eden başka anomaliler bulunup bulunmamasına bağlıdır. Bu nedenle ultrasonografide prenatal olarak Dandy-Walker malformasyonu tesbit edilen olgular genetik analiz dahil olmak üzere detaylı olarak araştırılmalıdır.

Abstract

A case of Dandy-Walker malformation was diagnosed at 28 weeks of gestational age. The importance of the antenatal diagnosis is discussed. We emphasize that ultrasound diagnosis of Dandy-Walker malformation is an indication for exhaustive screening for concurrent anomalies both within and outside the CNS and in chromosome structure and number, as the prognosis is heavily dependent on the associated malformations and karyotype.
