Dev hibernoma ( Olgu sunumu )

Özet

Hibernoma, kahverengi yağ dokusundan oluşan nadir, benign yumuşak doku tümörüdür. Genellikle fetus ve infantlarda, normal kahverengi yağ dokusunun bulunduğu bölgelerde tanımlanmıştır. Mikroskopik olarak hibernomalar lobüler patern gösterirler ve 3 hücre tipinden oluşurlar; granüler eozinofilik hücreler, tek vakuollü hücreler ve multivakuollü hücreler. Burada uyluk iç yüzünde yerleşen ilginç bir hibernoma olgusu klinik ve histopatolojik özellikleri ile sunulmuş, kaynaklar gözden geçirilmiştir.

Abstract

Hibernoma is a rare, benign soft tissue tumor composed of brown adipose tissue. Hibernoma has been described, usually, in locations where normal brown adipose tissue is found in fetuses and infants. Microscopically, hibernomas show a lobuler pattern and composed of three cell types: granular eosinophilic cells, univacuolar cells and multivacuolar cells. Here, an interesting case of a medial thigh hibernoma is reported with clinical and histopathological features and the literature is reviewed
