Özet

Çalışma metilmetakrilatın toksik etkisine bağlı olarak oral kavitedeki yumuşak dokularda oluşan histolojik değişikliklerin araştırılmasını içermektedir, incelenecek parçalar yetişkin rafların oral kavitelerine ait yanak ve dudak dokularından otopolimerizan akril uygulamasını takiben alınıp, %10'luk formaldehitte fiksasyon sonrasında hazırlanan klasik yöntemler uygulanarak parafine gömme işlemi sonrasında kesitler, hematoksilen eosin ile boyanmış ve kesitlerde hiperemi, hemoraji, nekroz ve fibröz doku belirtileri saptanmıştır.

Abstract

This article is about the investigation of histological changes of soft tissues in oral cavity due to the toxic effect of methyl-metacrylate. The pieces were taken from adult rats oral cavity (lip, cheek) after the application of self curing acrylic material and fixed in %10 formaldehyde then paraffin embedded with conventional methods and stained with hematoxylin eosine. On the sections the light microscopical changes such as hyperemia, hemorrhage, necrosis, fibrozis are determined
