Gebelik ve adneksial torsiyon (Olgu sunumu)

Özet

Akut karın tablosu oluşturan, hızlı tanı konması ve tedavi edilmesi gereken torsiyone adneksial kitlelerinin önemini, özellikle gebelik sırasında ortaya çıktığı zaman, fetüsün ve annenin hayatını da gözönünde bulundurarak belirlemek ve doğru tanı konmasının gerekliliğini, 15 haftalık gebeliği ve sol adneksial kitle torsiyonu tespit edilen bir olgu eşliğinde ve literatür bilgileri ışığında irdelemek istedik. Gebelikte adneksial kitle, gebelik dışı zamanlara göre farklı özellikler göstermektedir. Önemli olan tanının doğruluğu ve uygun tedavi yöntemini seçmektir. Zira gebelik zarar görmemeli, fetusa olumsuz etki söz konusu olmamalıdır. Ayrıca reprodüktif çağdaki kadına fertilite açısından zarar verilmemelidir.

Abstract

We would like to evaluate of the adnexal torsion, which occurs during the pregnancy to acute abdomen leed can. Giving consideration to the life of the fetus and mother, must be executed by adnexal torsion a correct diagnosis and emergency management. We processed a case of 15 weeks of pregnancy and left adnexal torsion with literature knowledge. Adnexal masses observed with pregnancy show different features from cases without pregnancy. Correct diagnosis and selection of correct treatment are very important. Because pregnancy must not be disturbed and the fertility capability of the patient in the reproductive period must be protected.
