Özet

Trombofili cogunlugu venoz sistemde olan tromboza egilim olarak tanimlanma! tadir. Dogal antikoagulanlar olan protein C ve S'nin kahtsal veya edinsel eksiklikle trombofilinin onemli nedenletindendir. Son yillarda aterosklerozlu vakalarda yapil; calismalar trombofili He ateroskleroz patogenezi arastndaki iliskiyi desteklemekted: Bu yazida subklavyen ve renal arter stenozu saptanan bir olguda diisuk protein C i protein S aktivitesi bildirilmis ve trombofili ile ateroskleroz arastndaki iliski tartis: mistir.

Abstract

Thrombophilia is defined as tendency to thrombosis commonly at the venoi system. Inherited and acquired deficiencies of natural anticoagulants, protein C ar. protein S are important causes of thrombophilia. Recent studies including patien with atherosclerosis have shown the relationship between thrombophilia and atheri sclerosis. In this paper, we report low activity of protein C and S in a patient wil renal and subclavien arteries stenosis and we mention about the relationship betwee thrombophilia and atherosclerosis.
