Özet

Perioperatif görme kaybı, nadir görülen ve hayat kalitesini ciddi şekilde etkileyen ciddi bir komplikasyondur. Çoğunlukla kalp, omurga, baş ve boyun cerrahisi ameliyatları sonrası görülür. Bu sunumda başka herhangi bir subjektif semptom olmadan spinal anestezi sonrası gelişen geçici görme kaybı anlatılmıştır.

Abstract

Perioperative visual loss is a rare complication mostly associated with cardiac, spine, and head and neck surgery that could severely affect quality of life. We report a case of temporary visual loss without any other subjective symptom after spinal anesthesia.
