Özet
18 Aralık 2012 tarihinde uzaya fırlatılan GÖKTÜRK-2 uydu sistemi ile, Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri (TSK) ve diğer tüm kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının uydu görüntü ihtiyaçlarının milli imkân/kabiliyetlerle karşılanması ve uydu teknolojisi konusundaki bilgi birikiminin artırılması hedeflenmiştir. GÖKTÜRK-2 uydu sistemi yörünge testleri kapsamında, görüntü özelliklerine yönelik bazı temel gereksinimler doğrulanmaya çalışılmış ve farklı birimler tarafından detaylı teknik raporlar hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, GÖKTÜ RK-2 uydu sisteminin yörünge testleri kapsamında gerçekleştirilen faaliyetler özetlenmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar sunulmuştur. Testler kapsamında gerçekleştirilen çalişmalar sonucunda, GÖKTÜRK-2 uydu görüntülerinin bir çok farklı haritacılık uygulaması ile ortofoto/sayısal yükseklik modeli (SYM) üretiminde kullanılabileceği, doğruluğu yüksek yer kontrol noktaları ve SYM kullanılarak iyi bir konumsal doğruluk (< 10 m) sağlanabileceği tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
GOKTURK-2 satellite system which is launched in December 18th , 2012, is aimed to meet the satellite imagey needs of the Turkish Armed Forces and Turkish government agencies and institutes with national capabilities as well as to raise the knowledge in satellite technology. As part of GOKTURK-2 satellite systems orbit tests, it is studied to confirm some fundamental requirements for imagery specifications and several detailed technical reports were prepared by different units. In this study, all the activities applied in orbit tests of GOKTURK-2 satellite system were summarized and obtained outcomes were submitted. As result of the test applications, it can be stated that GOKTURK-2 satellite imagery can be use d in numerous mapping applications and in production of orthophoto and digital terrain elevation data (DTED). Besides that, from these imagery a good geospatial accuracy (< 10 m) can be provided in case of using proper ground control points and DTED.
