Özet

Femtosaniye lazerler cerrahlara hedeflenen bölgede çok güvenilir kesi yaparken çevre dokulara zarar vermemeleri avan- tajını sağlar. Femtolazerler katarakt cerrahisinde güvenliğin ve etkinliğin arttırılması için dizayn edildi. Kristalin lensde femtolaserler istenilen çapta ve pozisyonda kapsüloreksis ve parçalama yapabilir. Bu makalede, femtolazerlerin avantajları ve erken sonuçları değerlendirildi.

Abstract

Femtosecond lasers offer surgeons the ability to make very precise cuts in a targeted area without damaging the surround- ing tissue. Femtolasers were designed to increase the safety and effectivity of cataract surgeries. In the crystalline lens, femtolasers can create the capsulorhexis and fragmentation with the desired diameter and position. This article outlines the advantages and provides early results of femtosecond laser cataract surgery.
