Özet
Herediter multiple ekzositoz, uzun kemiklerin jukstaepifizer bölgesinden köken alan ekzostozlarla karakterize otozomal dominant bir hastalıktır. En yaygın komplikasyonları ağrı, eklem limitasyonu, ekstremite eşitsizlikleri, malign dejenerasyon ve damar-sinir basılarıdır. Biz bu yazımızda vücudunun farklı bölgelerinde çok sayıda eksositozları ve buna bağlı eklem limitasyonları olan bir olguyu ve rehabilitasyon sonuçlarını sunmayı amaçladık.
Abstract
Hereditary multıple exostoses is a disease which is charecterized by exostoses that originates from the juxta epiphysial region of the long bones. The common complications are pain, joint limitation, extremity asymmetry, malingnant degeneration and neurovascular compressions. In this case report, we aimed to present a case that has multiple exostoses and joint limitations due to these exostoses in the several regions of the body and results of rehabilitation.
