BİR SOSYAL SERMAYE PROJESİ OLARAK TAKAS EV: EVDE ATIL BİR ŞEY KALMASIN

Özet

Sosyal sermaye kavramı; bireyler, sivil toplum kuruluşları, kamu kurumları ve devletlerarasındaki ilişkiler ağının güven, etik, adalet, istikrar gibi ilkeler üzerine kurulması sonucunda yaratılan toplumsal artı değeri ifade etmektedir. Literatürde yer alan çalışmalarda sosyal normlar, iletişim ağı, işbirliği, dayanışma, aidiyet ve güven sosyal sermayenin en temel unsurları olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, “Takas Ev: Evde Atıl Bir Şey Kalmasın” sloganı ile bir proje tanıtılmıştır. Herkes evinde kullanmadığı ev eşyasını makul bir fiyattan satılmak üzere takas eve satar veya bağışlar. Sadece bağış kategorisine giren tarihi geçmemiş ilaçlar, kıyafetler vb. de takas evden ücretsiz olarak ihtiyaç sahiplerine dağıtılır. Takas evin elde ettiği gelirle öğrencilere gelir imkanı sağlanır, sokak hayvanlarına yiyecek temin edilir, öğrenciler misafirhanede uygun fiyattan yararlanır, kış aylarında ücretsiz çorba, çay-kahve ikramları yapılır, sanatsal faaliyetler için ücretsiz veya cüzi bedel karşılığı yer temin edilir. Takas evin sağladığı imkanlar sayesinde, insanlar arasında güvenin tahsis edilmesi, sosyal ağların kurulması, çevre bilincinin oluşturulması amaçlanmaktadır.

Abstract

Social capital concept; is a social surplus value created as a result of establishing the network of relations between individuals, non-governmental organizations, public institutions and states on the principles of trust, ethics, justice, stability. Social norms, communication network, cooperation, solidarity, belonging and trust come out as the most basic elements of social capital in the studies in the literature. In this study, a project was introduced with the slogan "Swap house: Do not stay inert at home". Everyone sells or donates their home belongings that they do not use at home at home at a reasonable price. The only past donated categories of drugs, clothes, etc. are also distributed free of charge to the owners of the need. In the winter months, free soup, tea and coffee treatments are provided, free of charge for the artistic activities or a small amount of money is provided for the students. Thanks to the facilities provided by the exchange house, it is aimed to establish trust among people, to establish social networks, to create environmental consciousness.
