KONUTTA KALİTE KAVRAMI VE YAPI HASARLARI

Özet

Yapıda kalite kavramını geniş bir yelpazede ele almak mümkündür. Yapı hata ve hasarlarını önlemek, ürünkalitesini elde edebilmek ve elde edilen kaliteyi iyileştirebilmek, sürdürebilmek için gereklidir. Bu nedenle,sorunların kaynağına ulaşabilmek önem kazanmaktadır. Yapı hata ve hasarlarını saptamaya ve gidermeye yönelik iki temel yöntem vardır. Birincisi; yapı eleman ve bileşenleri üzerinde gözlem yolu ile elde edilen bulgular, diğeri ise; performans kriter ve ölçütlerini göz önüne alan performans yaklaşımıdır. Bu çalışmada; konut yapılarındaki hata kaynakları; tasarım, yapım ve kullanım süreci kaynaklı hatalar olarak belirlenmektedir. Daha sonra, bu yapılarda görülen hata ve hasarlar performans gereklilikleri ile ilişkilendirilmektedir. Araştırma projeleri sonuçlarına dayanan bu belirlemeler listelenerek sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

It is possible to study the building quality concept in a large scale. To prevent the building faults and damages is a necessity, in order to obtain the product quality and to improve, to sustain it. Thus, it is important to reach the sources of the failure problems. There are two basic methods directed to determine and to remove the building faults and damages. First is the findings obtained by examining the buildings and their components. The other is the performance approach by taking into consideration the performance criteria and measurements. In this study; the housing building faults are determined as; building design, construction and using phases’ faults. Later, those faults are related by the performance requirements. Finally, those findings are presented as lists.
