İkinci Basamak Bir Merkezde Yapılan Yenidoğan İşitme Tarama Testlerinin Değerlendirilmesi

Özet

Amaç: Afyon Zübeyde Hanım Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastanesi işitme tarama testi protokolleri ve sonuçlarının retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada, 01.04.2010-31.01.2014 tarih- leri arasında doğan, 0-6 ay arasındaki 23396 bebeğin işit- me tarama kayıtları retrospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmaya tamamen sağlıklı yeni doğan bebekler dahil edilmiştir. Konjenital anomalisi saptanan, sendrom tanı- sı olan ve prematüre doğan bebeklerin hiçbiri çalışmaya dahil edilmemiştir. İşitme taraması, uyarılmış otoakustik emisyon (T-OAE) yöntemi ile iki aşamalı olarak değerlen- dirilmiştir. İlk tarama, bebekler hastanemizden taburcu olmadan yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Zübeyde Hanım Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastanesinde Nisan 2010-Ocak 2014 tarihleri arasında 23.396 yenidoğan bebek taranmıştır. 2 aşamalı T-OAE yöntemi ile yapılan tarama sonucu bebeklerin 572si re- ferans merkeze sevk edilmiştir. Refere edilen bebeklerin 37 (%0,15) sinde çift taraflı, 2 (%0,008) sinde tek taraflı sensorinöral işitme kaybı saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Ülkemizde tarama programı yaygınlaştırılmasıyla birlikte tanısı konulup tedavi alan bebek sayısı artmakta- dır. Bu çalışmada da bebeklerde saptanan işitme kaybı şüphesi diğer çalışmalarla orantılı olarak küçümseneme- yecek orandadır.

Abstract

Objective: It was aimed to assess the protocols and results of scanning tests retrospectively done at Afyon Zubeyde Hanim Gynecology and Pediatrics Hospital, Au- diometric Scanning Department Methods: In this study 23.396 scanning tests of the babies between 0-6 months and born on 01.04.2010-31.01.2014 are analyzed retrospectively. Completely healthy newborn babies were included in the study. Babies with congenital anomalies, those diagnosed with syndrome and prema- ture babies were not included in the study. Audiometric scanning is assessed in two steps by Otoacoustic Emis- sions method (T-OAE). The first scanning is applied to the newborns before they are discharged from the hospital. Results: 23.396 babies are assessed by the T-OAE method in Zübeyde Hanım Maternity and Children Hos- pital between the dates; April, 2010-January, 2014. At the end of the two-step method T-OAE, 572 babies are sent to the reference centre. Out of these babies 37 (0.15%) portion is found to have two-sided and 2 (0.008%) is found to have one-sided sensorineural hearing loss. Conclusion: In our country with the increase in audio- metric scanning the number of babies having treatment has increased. In this study also the hearing loss doubt found at new born babies is at a proportion not less than the other studies relatively.
