Harita bilgi sistemi geliştirme ve gerçekleştirme

Özet

Bu makalede, Harita Genel Komutanlığında yapılan üretim faaliyetleri göz önünde bulundurularak, üretimin planlanması, izlenmesi ve üretim faaliyetleri sonunda ortaya çıkan pafta bazındaki ürünlerin kullanıcılara sunulmasını kolaylaştırmak amacıyla bir Harita Bilgi Sisteminin geliştirilmesi ve pilot proje niteliğinde gerçekleştirilmesine ilişkin çalışma anlatılmıştır. Harita Bilgi Sistemi kapsanı'nda oluşturulan 1/1000 000,1/500 000, 1/250 000,1/100 000, 1/50 000 ve 1/25 000 ölçekli indeks veritabanının (sayısal indekslerin) gerek Harita Genel Komutanlığı üretim ve yönetim birimlerinde, üretim izleme ve planlama amacıyla kullanılacağı, gerekse benzer imkanları TSK'ne ve sivil kurum/kuruluşlara sunacağı, böylece bu konudaki önemli bir eksiği gidereceği değerlendirilmektedir.

Abstract

This paper covers the study for a Map Information System development and pilot project implementation aiming at planing and monitoring the production efficiently and providing the products at map sheet level to the users easily by taking the production activities at the General Command of Mapping into consideration. It is hoped that the index databases for 1/1000 000, 1/500 000 , 1/250 000 , 1/100 000 , 1/50 000 and 1/25 000 created within the Map Information System will be used by General Command of Mapping, by the Turkish Armed Forces and civilian agencies and organizations for production management planing and fill a gap in this field.
