Özet

Okumayı etkleyen öneml faktörlerden br breyn okuma eğlmdr. Eğlm; yaş, cnsyet, eğtm, breysel farklılıklar, gelşm özellkler vb. gb brçok unsurdan etkleneblr ve zamanla değşeblr. Bu çalışma, Türkye'nn yed coğraf bölgesnn her brnden tesadüfî örneklemle alınan toplam 16 okulda öğrenm gören 2045 lköğretm öğrencs le yapılmıştır. Öğrenclern okuma eğlmlernn belrlenmes amacıyla lköğretm knc kademeye karşılık gelen ortalama 12-15 yaş grubunu kapsayan 6, 7 ve 8. sınıf öğrencler örneklem olarak seçlmştr. İlköğretm öğrenclernn genel okuma eğlmlern tespt etmek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada, hazırlanan anket aracılığı le okuma eğlmlernn, okuma profllernn ve sonuç olarak okuma alışkanlıklarının tespt edlmesne çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada anket aracılığı le toplanan verler, SPSS programı le frekans analz yapılmasıyla elde edlmştr. Sonuç olarak öğrenclern okudukları ktapları seçmelernde breysel terchlernn dğer seçeneklere göre daha etkl olduğu, breysel terchlere bağlı olarak okumaktan hoşlandıkları konular ve türler le okumaktan hoşlanmadıkları/terch etmedkler türlern kız ve erkek öğrencler yönünde farklılaştığı bulgularına ulaşılmıştır

Abstract

One of the mportant factors affect ng read ng s the nd v dual's tendency to read. The tendency may be affected by many factors such as age, sex, educat on, nd v dual d fferences, and developmental character st cs and so on; also t may change n t me. Th s study was conducted nclud ng 2045 students from 16 schools and these part c pants were chosen randomly from 7 geograph cal reg ons of Turkey. In order to determ ne the read ng tendency of the students, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students were chosen as the sample of the study, wh ch actually corresponds to 1215 age group n pr mary school. In th s study, wh ch a ms to f nd out the read ng tendency of the students, t s tr ed to determ ne the tendency of read ng, the prof le of read ng and read ng hab ts v a a quest onna re. The data collected through quest onna re n the study were obta ned by frequency analys s by us ng SPSS. As a result, t s seen that nd v dual preferences are more effect ve wh le choos ng a book to read, and accord ngly t s apparent that because of the nd v dual preferences, the themes and k nds of the books wh ch they l ke/ don't l ke/ prefer/don't prefer have d ffered
