FELSEFE ÖĞRETMEN ADAYLARININ OKUL DENEYİMİ VE ÖĞRETMENLİK UYGULAMASI DERSLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME

A Research about of Philosophy Teacher’s School Experience and the Subjects of Teaching Practice

Özet

Eğitimin öncelikli unsurlarından biri hiç şüphesiz öğretmenlerdir. Bu yüzden nitelikli öğretmen yetiştirme toplumun her kesimi için önem arz etmektedir. Öğretmenlerin mesleğe hazırlanmasında ve yetişmesinde önemli basamaklardan biri de öğretmen yetiştirme programında yer alan Okul Deneyimi ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersidir. Bu çalışmamızda bu dersler ile genelde eğitim, özelde ise felsefe öğretmen adayları üzerindeki etkisini ayrıca karşılaşılan problemlerin YÖK/Dünya Bankası Milli Eğitim Geliştirme Projesi Kapsamında Fakülte-Okul İşbirliği modelinde yer alan tanımlar etrafında değişik açılardan incelenip sorgulanması amaçlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Okul Deneyimi ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması dersinin felsefe öğretmen adayları ve diğer paydaşlarına, uygulama öğretmeni ve uygulama öğretim elemanına, ne gibi kazanımları olduğu, bu derslerden ne düzeyde yararlanıldığı belirtilmiş ve mevcut sorunların çözümüne yönelik öneriler getirilmiştir.

Abstract

One of the underlying principies of education is the teachers undoubtedly. Thus, training a qualified teacher is important for every part of society. One of the important steps of teachers getting ready and improving in their profession is the lecture of School Experience and Teaching Practice which are involved the teacher training programme. In this study,it is aimed to examine and question the effects of problems encountered on education in general and on the philosophy teacher condidates in particular from different perspectives around the definitions in the faculty-school cooperation model within the scpoe of YOK/World Bank National Education Development Project. As a result, it has been stated that what kind of achievements the School Experience and Teaching Practice course have for prospective philosophy teacher and other shareolders and for application instructor and how thet benefit from these courses and some suggestions have been given intended for solitions of existing problems.
