Özet

İslamî fetihten önce Diyar-ı Mudar (Harran) bölgesinde var olan Arap edebiyatı çevresi, İslamî fetihten sonra ve özellikle Emevîler zamanında daha da gelişmeye başlamıştı. İslamî fetihle beraber bölgeye göç eden Kaysî kabileleri ile bölgenin yerlisi olan Hıristiyan Tağlib kabileleri arasındaki savaşlar bu bölgede nekaiz edebiyatının ortaya çıkmasına vesile olmuştu. Bu çalışmada, Emevîler zamanında Diyar-ı Mudar bölgesinde gelişen Arap edebiyatı muhîti ve bölgenin en önemli şair ve edebiyatçıları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Diyar-ı Mudar, Harran, Arap Edebiyatı, Kays, TağlibAbstact:Arabic literary environment that existed in place of Diyar-ı Mudar (Harran) before Islamic conquest began to develop after Islamic conquest especially in the period of Umayyads. Abstact: Arabic literary environment that existed in place of Diyâr-ı Mudar (Harran) before Islamic conquest began to develop after Islamic conquest especially in the period of Umayyads. The wars between Qays tribes who migrated to the region with the Islamic conquest and local Christian Taglib tribes led to rise of the nakaiz literature. In this study, the information about devoloping Arabic literary environment in the period of the Umayyads in Diyâr-ı Mudar (Harran) and the most important poets and writers of the region is given
