Özet
Amaç: Bu prospektif çalışmada ses problemi olan 13 çağrı merkezi çalışanının ses terapisi sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Yöntemler: Eylül 2012-Ocak 2013 tarihleri arasında ses terapisi uygulanan ses problemi olan 13 çağrı merkezi çalışanı (13 kadın) çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Tüm hastalara ses terapisi öncesinde videolarengostroboskopi uygulanmıştır. Terapi öncesi ve sonrasında; ses kayıtları Praat Programı ile analiz edilmiş, ses handikap indeksi-10 (SHİ-10), maksimum fonasyon zamanı (MFZ) skorları, s/z oranı değerleri ve algısal değerlendirme (GRBAS) için diyet pasaj okuma kayıtları elde edilmiştir. Sonuçlar istatistiksel olarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Bulgular: Ses terapisi öncesi ve sonrasında elde edilen standart akustik analiz parametrelerinde, SHİ, MFZ ve s/z oranı, GRBAS değerleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark elde edilmiştir (p<0,05). Sonuç: Ses problemi yaşayan çağrı merkezi çalışanlarının var olan iş yükü yoğunlukları devam ederken ses terapisinden fayda sağlamaktadır.
Abstract
Objective: In this prospective research, voice therapy results of 13 call center employees with voice problems were evaluated. Methods: Thirteen call center employees (13 women) with voice problems who underwent voice therapy between September 2012 and January 2013 were included in the study. All patients underwent videolaryngostroboscopy prior to voice therapy. Before and after therapy, voice recordings were analyzed with Praat Program, voice handicap index-10 (VHI-10), maximum phonation time (MPT), s/z ratio values and diet passage readings for perceptual evaluation (GRBAS) were obtained. The results were statistically compared. Results: A statistically significant differences between VHI, MPT and s/z ratio and GRBAS was obtained before and after sound therapy (p<0.05). Conclusion: Call center employees who experience voice problems benefit from voice therapy while the existing workload density continues.
