Özet

Günümüzde akut respiratuar distres sendromu (ARDS) patofizyolojisi ile ilgili yeterli bilgi olmamasından dolayı tedavi semptomatik ve destekleyici olmaktan ileri gidememektedir. Bu çalışmada, klinik gözlem ile viral enfeksiyon düşünülen sağ pnömonektomi sonrası ARDS meydana gelen hastada oseltamivir kullanımının sonucuna yer verilmiştir.

Abstract

At present, because of the inadequate knowledge concerning the pathophysiology of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), the treatment of this disease cannot go beyond being symptomatic and supportive. This study investigated the effect of using oseltamivir in a patient with onset of ARDS after right pneumonectomy which is thought to be a viral infection after clinical observation.
